Refund & Cancellation policy

Stays​

Bookings via third-party platforms: Accommodation bookings at Podere Chiecino may be managed through third-party booking platforms (such as Airbnb). For reservations made through these platforms, the cancellation and refund policies applied are exclusively those set by the booking platform and agreed to at the time of booking.

Direct bookings: For reservations confirmed through direct agreement with Podere Chiecino, the following general cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will not incur penalties.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date may not be refundable.

• Cancellations by Podere Chiecino due to organizational reasons or force majeure, any amount already paid will be fully refunded.

Exceptions applicable to direct bookings: At our discretion, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.

Optional services

Any optional services (such as yoga classes, wine tastings, cooking classes, transfers, or private events) are subject to availability and separate confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur penalties

• cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may not be refundable

• Cancellations by Podere Chiecino due to organizational reasons or force majeure, any amount already paid will be fully refunded.

Changes

Podere Chiecino reserves the right to modify or cancel optional services when necessary, ensuring timely communication with guests.
